The Zafu is the most essential and versatile cushion for any meditation practice. Whether you're sitting for hours or a moment.
Raising the hips, the Zafu gives greater stability and comfort in all cross-legged sitting positions.
This traditional meditation cushion is filled with buckwheat hull which can be removed as needed for height adjustment.
