Due to the current worldwide pandemic, we are experiencing delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee.
For Domestic/Asia orders:
It may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. We encourage you to select the express option if you are eager for your order, however please note the express post 1-3 business day is no longer guaranteed. For the health and safety of delivery services, no parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please select a secure address when placing your order.
For International orders:
We are experiencing huge delays due to decreased air activity/flights across the world. Some countries have suspended all deliveries and therefore if we cannot ship to your country we will contact you about holding your order or a refund. The Unites States and Canada are not accepting Regular or Expedited services, so please be aware that currently any order to the United States or Canada will be placed on Sea Freight and may take up to 3 months to reach you. We are experiencing large delays to USA. This also applies to regular post services to zones in Europe, please select the express service to avoid Sea Freight. Once your order leaves us, we cannot cancel your order.

Domestic Hong Kong Shipping
Currently Plantdays offers free Hong Kong regular shipping on any order over $150 USD. All economy orders are shipped either via HongKong Post or SF Express.
Orders under $150 USD are a weight calculated rate of $7.95 - $20.00 for regular shipping and $12.95 - $23.95 for expedited shipping.
We ship with both Hong Kong Post and SF Express. You will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. For this reason, we do not take responsibility for any orders that are returned to us because of customer not collecting their parcel.
How fast is your Hong Kong shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our Hong Kong warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within Hong Kong, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or Hong Kong public holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Shipping rates for orders under $250 USD are calculated based on the weight of your shipment and your country/zone for regular and expedited shipping. We ship with HongKong post and SFExpress. You will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
*** Please note our free shipping offer cannot be guaranteed for every international order due to some products being heavy weight items. We will contact you if we deem your order ineligible for our free shipping offer.
How fast is your international shipping?
Most of our international orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our Hong Kong warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-15 business days of its ship date based on location. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping on International orders. Also, we currently do not ship to International P.O. boxes.
We do ship worldwide, which is great, however please be aware that shipping charges are relatively high from Hong Kong. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee as much as we can.
Shipping times are only an estimate. Plantdays takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. If shipping to your country is not offered, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to find a way to ship to you.
Responsibility for secure addresses and collection of parcels
Our shipping service does not require a signature. The courier will leave your order at the front door, letterbox, or secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Plantdays takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.
Return to sender
Plantdays does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us. Alternatively contact HongKong Post with your tracking number to acquire further information via phone: (+852) 6084-6655 or email: email@example.com. You can also enter your tracking number directly into their website or your local postal service website for more updates.
If you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, please email us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel re-shipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
Import liabilities & taxes
Please note Plantdays does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Wholesome Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Plantdays accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our terms and conditions.
Germany: Please note that customers based in Germany have informed us that the customs costs associated with their orders from us are quite high. A reminder that the customer is responsible for all customs duties/taxes. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Plantdays is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
