As most international flights are now resuming, our international shipping times are back to normal. However, you may still expect some delays due to the pandemic. Our team will try their best to get your order to you in the most timely, efficient manner possible.

Free domestic Hong Kong Shipping

Plantdays is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Hong Kong orders. No minimum purchase amount. No discount code needed. You will see the free shipping option immediately at checkout. All economy orders are shipped either via HongKong Post or SF Express.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, and you will receive your package within 1-4 business days (excluding public holidays).

We ship with both Hong Kong Post and SF Express. You will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. For this reason, we do not take responsibility for any orders that are returned to us because of customer not collecting their parcel.

*Please note that heavyweight orders (over 6kg) will be charged at a weight calculated rate of $13 USD to $19 USD.

How fast is your Hong Kong shipping?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Hong Kong warehouse, pending availability and credit verification (excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-4 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do ship orders out every day (including the weekends), but do not ship on Hong Kong public holidays.

Plantdays is proud to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum purchase amount. No discount code needed. You will see the free shipping option immediately at checkout. All international orders are shipped either via HongKong Post or SF Express.

We ship to you with the most efficient method possible, either via HongKong Post e-Express or Air Mail, SF Express Registered e-Parcel, or DHLeCommerce Packet Plus International. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

You will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It may require a signature on delivery.

* Please note our free shipping offer cannot be guaranteed for international orders including  heavy weight items. Heavy weight orders (over 4kg) will be charged at a weight calculated rate between $33 USD to $50 USD depending on the recipient's country.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping on International orders. Also, we currently do not ship to International P.O. boxes.

In order to be able to do so, Plantdays absorbs the shipping costs for your order so that you can enjoy the benefit of free shipping. Shipping times are only an estimate. Plantdays takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. If shipping to your country is not offered, please email us at: hello@shopplantdays.com and we will endeavour to find a way to ship to you.

F.A.Q.

Responsibility for secure addresses and collection of parcels

Our shipping service does not require a signature. The courier will leave your order at the front door, letterbox, or secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Plantdays takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.

Return to sender

Plantdays does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us. Alternatively contact HongKong Post with your tracking number to acquire further information via phone: (+852) 6084-6655 or email: hkpo@hkpo.gov.hk. You can also enter your tracking number directly into their website or your local postal service website for more updates.

Incorrect Address

If you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, please email us immediately: hello@shopplantdays.com.

Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel re-shipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.

Import liabilities & taxes

Please note Plantdays does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Wholesome Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Plantdays accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our terms and conditions.

Germany: Please note that customers based in Germany have informed us that the customs costs associated with their orders from us are quite high. A reminder that the customer is responsible for all customs duties/taxes. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Plantdays is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
