Unwind Essential Oil Roller:

Relax and destress before bedtime with this unique package which includes a 10ml oil roller with a beautiful scent of Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Lavender, and Sandalwood. Simply roll on your temples or neck area and breathe deeply before sleep to help you unwind and sleep. 

How to use: Roll on pulse points, and back of the neck, roll on the hands and breathe deeply.

Pure French Lavender French Essential Oil:

The Lavender French Essential Oil can be used in a diffuser, a few drops in a bath, or used in a dried Lavender Sachet Bag to keep next to your pillow to help you relax and sleep. All these ingredients come from the UK and are hand-blended in small batches.

The oil promotes relaxation treats anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea and menstrual cramps, minor burns, insect bites, wounds, headaches, acne, and aches and pain.

How to use: Essential oils are great to use as diffusers or vaporizers. Or simply put a few drops into a bath. To create a therapeutic massage oil or nourishing body oil dilute your essential oil in a carrier oil.

Pure English Lavender Sachet:

Imported from an organic farm in the UK, the beautiful dried Lavender can be placed near the pillow for relaxation and as a sleeping aid. Or place it inside a drawer or airing cupboard to remove bugs away and leave you a fresh scent.

How to use: You can add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to the dried lavender bag when the scent started to diminish.
